Liked: The front desk person was very nice and helpful. Checkin and out was easy and fast
Disliked: Everything was very nice. Will return to the hotel next visit to Austin

Disliked: The water didn't get hot. And, I saw a roach.

Disliked: Not a safe place to stay. Room initially assigned was occupied. My key opened the door, chain was latched and a male voice started shouting at me. Front desk had no explanation as to how they could assign me to a room already occupied.

Disliked: It was being remodeled, and everything was very old. The bed mattress was extremely old and broken down.
