Very good central hotel which...

Liked: Always an excellent varied choice at breakfast. Cooked food always hot. Sound proofing at window in room as this overlooked the Royal Mile. Nice touch with Welcome cakes/confectionary.
Disliked: Didn’t like the introduction of the new tea/coffee room. Had to queue if busy and no spare counter area to make tea when using teabags. Much preferred the old fashioned tea pot service to your table. Housekeeping hit and miss with replenishing tea/coffee items. Plus toiletries used were not replaced.

Perfect location and welcoming staff…...

Liked: Radisson Blu was a superb hotel in a perfect location. On arrival staff were very welcoming and accommodating throughout our entire trip. Our room was ready upon arrival and we were able to check in and enjoy our stay. The room we stayed in was a superior room overlooking fantastic views. All staff were exceptional! Our room was cleaned daily and our complimentary items were replenished ready for us to use each day.
Disliked: The only thing we could say was that we feel it was a little bit overpriced for a midweek stay and we have stayed in other Radisson hotels in different cities and have paid far less and that was including breakfast.
