The staff is very friendly and helpful. We were very happy with our room and the continental breakfast. The hotel is perfectly located for our trip to the beach and then the Coach House for a concert. We would stay here again.

Liked: The room was great; nice decor; comfortable bed.

Liked: Courteous staff; clean rooms. Everyone in our group had a good stay.
Disliked: Shuttle to concert stops at 9:30 pm, but concerts end around 12. No return ride.

Great hotel. Clean room and recently re-plastered pool / jacuzzi. Thank you.

Liked: Bed was comfortable. Breakfast decent.
Disliked: Noise level, as freeway was literally 30 feet from our room. and, since we booked through booking, they said they needed to temporarily charge an extra $50. and getting into the property is terrible. Can only drive in from approaching from the south.

Liked: The breakfast was well-equipped with lots of options and the staff who services the breakfast area was very friendly. The room was large and the hotel was easily accessible from the freeway.
Disliked: The check-in process is inefficient - you're not allowed in the lobby and it wasn't even that late in the evening when we checked in. The staff walks back and forth from a little window to the desk. There were a lot of people in line and no restroom was available to use while you waited (almost had to use the bushes). They don't tell you that there will be an extra charge for parking if you have more than one car until after you book. The rooms are NOT soundproof. You can hear every person walk down the hallway, and the freeway, and the water running sounds so loud from other people's rooms it seems like someone is in your room taking a shower.
