Just OK. Staff friendly and helpful.

Disliked: Expensive.

Liked: The customer Service both night and day were amazing...
Disliked: On the site, it shows they have a pool, but they do not, and that was some the reason we stayed there.. The price it was, was not worth the money, false advertising. Could have had a more up to date bathroom.

Liked: Mr. Will and Ms. Kimberly were very nice people.
Disliked: The room smelled like mildew. I discovered it is because the shower curtain does not keep the water in the tub water goes everywhere. Additionally the darn electricity went out and it was hotter than haddes. When my husband called the desk the person was not helpful in least. She could have at least reported if she had called in. It was off for hours and it was so darn hit. No offer of fans nothing. Additionally the “breakfast” was a joke. I watched the woman “cooking” everything in a microwave. Truly horrendous stay. I’ve stayed at Fairfield before but this one was AWFUL

Liked: The breakfast was great. The location was greatBut the brand wasn't what I expected and this make the second time my expectations has been let down.
Disliked: The air wasn't working properly the tub didn't drain well.

It was ok.

Liked: The breakfast was ok. We could see the person literally heating it up in the microwave and putting it into the serving dish. Was a bit chewy. The rooms were clean and nice enough.
Disliked: The lady at the front desk telling me that she didn't need this job she just took it for personal reasons. I was just inquiring about the bill. Which I think I'm still getting charged for a night I didn't stay. The person being rude to my husband at breakfast wasn't comforting.
