Liked: The location is very close to the mall and the restaurants.few minutes away from the Airport.
Disliked: A/C unit is in the bedroom . The sound is as loud and annoying as. Breakfast is ok, but once they run out of coffee they will not refill it again.

Disliked: We stayed at this hotel for four nights during my daughter’s cheer competition, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing.Despite being told that housekeeping would come every other day, our room was never cleaned once. Dirty dishes and food were left in the room, towels were not replenished, and when we asked the front desk, we were told housekeeping had already left for the day—so we had to clean up ourselves. While we did receive fresh towels the next day, the promised room cleaning never happened, even after the front desk assured us it would be prioritized.After returning from a long day at the competition to find our room still untouched, we went back down to the front desk. Instead of addressing the issue, the manager shockingly told my husband we’d need to vacate the property or she would call the police. Eventually, after hours of back and forth, we were moved to a different room for the final night.To make matters worse, a housekeeper who did not speak English yelled at me in Spanish after I explained I didn’t understand her. She later told management that we had refused service and placed a Do Not Disturb sign on our door, which was completely untrue. Throughout our entire stay, housekeeping never came—not even once.On top of everything, we were charged an unexpected $10 per night parking fee upon checkout, which was never disclosed at booking.For over $1000, I expected far better service and cleanliness. If you’re considering this hotel, be aware that housekeeping is unreliable, communication is poor, and management is dismissive. We will never stay here again.

Liked: The staff was exceptional and made me feel like I mattered and they were there to make sure my stay was good.
Disliked: Breakfast was a basic hotel buffet. Beginning the first meal of the day I wanted it to stand out and set the tone for the day, especially when I am on vacation.
