Don’t use booking to pay...

Disliked: I did the booking and paid for it through booking app. During the checking they tried to charge me but later they admitted it was paid for in full. 4 days later they used my card to make a payment and after contacting the hotel they said we could not get our money from booking therefore they used my card to charge the stay fees. They don’t have the right to use my card. I am disappointed with Booking.com service as i am trying to call them but phone numbers are not working (even international numbers are not working).

Disliked: A little on the pricing side when it comes to food and drinks. There's no microwave in the room.

Exceptional

Liked: This is our second time staying at the property and both times have been AMAZING the staff is always friendly, the facilities are clean and comfortable and the views are beautiful!!
Disliked: The rooftop bar is way too expensive in my opinion. Drinks were made wrong, didn’t taste good, and shots are wayyy too expensive.

No return unless all rooms...

Liked: Breakfast, served by Zhou and Laura very good. All staff we met in the dining room , front desk and valets very friendly, anxious to help. Nice view of the river from our room.
Disliked: For three rooms we had 610, 440 and 240. Almost impossible to enjoy the family with inability to get to their rooms because of the security need for a card to that floor on the elevator; terrible idea. I would never go back withour a guarantee I could get rooms on the same floor. It was a family reunion for my wife's birthday and irritating trying to get to different rooms. I would have liked more lighting in the room (240)
