Holiday Inn Express Woodbridge

Liked: It was nice and clean. The employees were very nice and the breakfast was wonderful - loved it.

Would highly recommend this location.

Liked: The front desk staff checking in and checking out were polite, efficient and friendly. The hotel was exceptionally clean in all areas ie. rooms, hallways, elevators, lobby and dining area. The wait staff in the dining area was very courteous. The juice machine was not functioning correctly and she took measures to fix it. She then let us all know that it was working again as were seated in the area.

Overall stay was good

Disliked: Breakfast, jacuzzi wasn’t hot

I would recommend this place...

Liked: Ms. Jackie was very professional and so accommodating towards my needs.The breakfast was good and plenty of options.
Disliked: Swimming pool area too dark needs more lighting. Also you have to wait for the reception representative to let you in.
