Liked: Good location. Nice, clean rooms and friendly staff. Decent breakfast included with the stay.
Disliked: Parking. Also, it was difficult to get to the hotel with our GPS due to roads closed for construction. Although we realized the hotel could not control that.

It was ok.

Liked: Location. Staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The breakfast was pretty terrible. Pillows were awful. Valet parking lot was full when we checked in at 5.

Liked: I would highly recommend staying here! Very clean & quiet rooms! Lovely free breakfast too! Beautiful night view of Baird Center. Directly across from Baird Conference Center with convenient parking.

Room Excellent. Check in process...

Liked: Checking in was a nightmare because my card was charged for the stay but was declined for the incidentals and they wouldn’t let me in at first. Had to call bank to get that sorted.
