Liked: The room was nicely decorated, the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The bathroom floor was a bit slippery and an anti slip mat would have helped. Water pressure in the shower could be improved.

Disliked: Our rooms view was looking at the market in the back and it was at a lower floor so we always had to keep the blinds closed.

It was a disappointing experience

Disliked: We booked the hotel through Booking.com with the agreement that breakfast would be included. When we arrived at the hotel, no one explained what the breakfast included. Based on our previous experiences—we travel a lot—we're familiar with how hotel breakfasts usually work. Upon checkout, they added extra charges for items that were supposedly not included in the breakfast, information that was never communicated to us. Had we known, we would have acted accordingly. This really ruined the experience for us.
