It was okay but due...

Liked: The location.
Disliked: There are no affordable food options in the hotel. It costs too much and no one was eating there. Also the rooms are okay but were smaller than expected. I have stayed in nicer, cleaner rooms.

Hilton, what a wonderful experience

Liked: Everything was amazing from the time I entered the door til the day I left
Disliked: No USB ports in the room… BUT the staff let me borrow a plug for my phone cable and they deserve 2 thumbs up for customer service

I would not stay there...

Liked: We did not eat breakfast. The prices were too high. We ate at Bur Bun and it was terrible, the service was terrible and the food was expensive!!
Disliked: The atrium setting makes the whole place way to loud. The food was terrible and expensive. The location was not great especially for the price. No way to walk to anything. The people at the front desk were nice.

Liked: We just love everything about this hotel. From the location to the room layout, everything is the best. Add in the friendly, top notch staff like Trinity at the front desk and you have what I consider a 5-star hotel.
Disliked: Needs more parking.
