Courtyard by Marriott Columbus Downtown

Beautiful hotel and Nationwide Arena was less then a 10 minute walk.

Liked: Everything.
Disliked: Nothing.

The hotel was nice - my only complaint is that the beds were very firm and uncomfortable, and the pillows were very small too. Walking distance to LC Pavilion was short and easy.

Think that this hotel was quite nice - walking distance to venue (Lifestyle Communities Pavilion) and dining options. We will definitely stay here again next time we are staying in Columbus.

I was very disappointed in paying almost $200 for a one night stay here. The staff was very nice, but the layout of the hotel and the room were big disappointments. The lobby has stairs to reach the elevator, and when you have a large bag to carry, or are handicapped, it's very inconvenient. The pool is relatively small, yet the patio and bar are quite comfortable at night. I was very disappointed in trying to find a place to park initially. There is a curb that allows only 3 cars to park, and generally the valet service has it full. In regards to the valet service, I paid for my car to be put in the valet lot, after driving around the building twice to find a pay meter. They must have forgotten about my car because the next morning it was still in front of the meter. Considering the ups and downs of the hotel, and the significant price tag, I thought it was huge disappointment.

Liked: We loved the free coffee and beverage center. We love the pool area, the restaurant,the valet parking and the staff is always giving five star service
Disliked: The room caused us to sneeze alot. Maybe the air unit needs cleaned out this is a comment more than a complaint .the facility was super clean otherwise

Disliked: Didn't like the valet experience. Would have preferred other parking arrangements. It wasn't clear when I booked that valet was the only option.
