Liked: Location was great. Plenty of eats, shopping and easy to access.
Disliked: I got a good rate on this hotel, which always makes me a little skeptical. Some cleanliness issues. Mainly just some one not being thorough. My Room had a lot of space but, akwardly laid out. The bed was so close to the AC unit, you almost have to climb over the bed to get to the otherside. Picked up broken plastic/glass in the shower, thankfully before I stepped in. There was what.appeared to be black mold in the corner near ac unit. Staff person that checked me in, acted like I was an inconvience, all I needed was to check in. The attendant that evening was about the same when I purchased a beverage. Both chose to skip the pleasantries, their demeanor was not that of a hospitality worker. Breakfast staff seemed to be dusgruntle themselves, not very friendly. The women at the desk when I checked out was the only one who presented themselves appropriately. She was quite refreshing, from the other staff.

Liked: 1 word CLEAN! Absolutely beautiful, remodeled, clean room! Dove cucber melon products in the shower left you feeling refreshed. The room had 2 queen beds, a nice chair & beautifully covered ottoman. The room also had a desk & nice desk chair that was pretty comfy. The bathroom mirror was modern with led lighting. The towels were well stocked & super clean (yes, I always check). Parking was easy & the location was perfect- right off the highway & if needed you can walk next door to several nice restaurants. The location while close to the interstate was not noisy at all. I was shocked the room was so nice because when I selected from Booking.com I was looking for a rather cheap room. Having never stayed at this chain I didn't know what to expect but we will absolutely stay here again!
Disliked: Front desk staff were not engaging or friendly. When we arrived I first notice how nice the hotel smell. When I went to the desk I said it smells so nice in here like a nice clean air freshener. The clerk completely ignored my compliment & did not engage conversation. I felt tension like she was not in the mood to be there at all. Then after checking in I went back to park the car & the rest of my party got the bags. As we were walking in thru the lobby to get to the elevator & she caught us as we turned the corner & yelled hello. We thought she was greeting us but all she said was what's your room #. This confused me because I had only seconds earlier checked in.
