Disliked: My one thought is that the TV was not setup - we had to call for help.

Staff was excellent. Hotel overall was clean, but did not like the fact that I found hair in my bed that did not belong to me. Hotel was very noisy due to a soccer tournament, and I wished they were able to put me away from elevator and noise.

Disliked: The room, which was right off the elevator, was loud with people coming and going. The room was not as clean as it should have been (almost empty toilet paper roll, used bottles of complimentary toiletries and we found a small wad of dirty toilet paper on the sofa).

Disliked: Service desk staff didn’t explain that she canceled my stay I previously made and had to re pay till I came down and asked her a second time and when I was here later on in the night around nine 3Other guests thought I was working I said no and a another guest going and getting an employee to help them b/c nobody knew where she was at the lady the morning shift and when I checked out was wonderful and always out there
