Disliked: We were told we got an upgrade, but the room wasn't any different than the one we originally booked. There was drilling work next door upon our arrival.

Great way to see Jazz Alley shows. Very nice and a reasonable price point.

Only good thing is the...
Liked: It was a good location
Disliked: The sheets, pillow cases and blankets were stained and dirty. There was mold in the bathroom and the beds were so so uncomfortable. The pool area wasn't terrible but it didn't seem very clean.

They made us have an...
Liked: I liked the facilities, the room, the location
Disliked: They made us have an uncomfortable moment upon arrival, our check in was scheduled between 12 and 1 pm, we arrived at 11:30 and there were no rooms available, then we were waiting for 6 hours and they told us that there was only one king (we had reserved 2 queen) they made us wait a longer time and because of the inconvenience they offered us breakfast included, but we already had it included in our reservation, so it was not necessary. The attention upon arrival was a bit strange. It should be noted that since we have been here they told us that they will probably move us to another room, which I do not understand to this day.

Superb
Liked: Concierge during day time was just fabulous. On the other hand, the lady who was on duty during my check in prooved to be bothered with my arrival (she may have been sleeping).
Disliked: Water supply was suddenly cut off at 9am during the last day of my stay- I couldnĀ“t do some workout!!!

Great location to stay at....
Liked: Everything was great. Great staff, location and room. Awesome location.
Disliked: Only thing I did not like was the parking situation. Expect to walk 3 flights of stairs if you have a car.

Disliked: The bathroom sink was plugged and we had a guy in our room fixing it that took forever. We were tired and wanted to go to bed but had to wait until he finished

Liked: When I was able to leave.
Disliked: The hotel was nasty, bathroom had mold, parking was 50+ dollars. Pool was ice cold hot tube was a warm tub with no just. Noisy room, uncomfortable beed. Worst stay ive ever had wish I could get a refund since I paid 250 plus mainly for a hot tub that didn't even work!!!

Loved the Warwick
Liked: I loved how clean the rooms were and the beds were super comfortable. The restaurant on site was also fabulous
Disliked: There was a bit of noise around, but that wasn't the hotels problem

quick clean and good
Liked: The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: We had to park our vehicle at the uppermost deck of the parking structure which is fine but the structure, although adjacent has no attached entry to the hotel rooms so it requires one to walk down 8 flights of stairs to get to the lobby then to take the hotel elevator up to the 19th floor (where our room was located). Also we booked a large jacuzzi bath in our room (occasion was stated as a birthday) and at the end of the evening (about 11:15 pm) we filled the bath and there were no jets and no indication of how or where to turn them on. I called the front desk for advice and they informed me that in fact the bath jets do not work because the previous guest got rose petals lodged in the bath jets in the prior use and were waiting on parts to have the bath fixed. I was a bit angry that I was not notified and that they thought it was ok to book us with the perception of having this amenity when in fact it was not fully functional. So there I was late at night trying to have a romantic evening and jacuzzi with my partner only to be informed, that, "oh yeah we didn't tell you that your bath / Jacuzzi doesn't fully work." Thumbs down on that but overall everything else was fine.
