Our room was absolutely wonderful. The new renovations look great and I slept better than I do at home in the new pillowtop bed. Having breakfast included for our family of four was a bonus. The staff were so welcoming and even called our room after we arrived to see how we were enjoying our room. Our stay was a definite 10+. I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in North Bay.

Not the hotel for me....

Liked: The front staff was friendly and courteous.
Disliked: It was kind of dumpy. I booked with a pool and the pool was closed. I hate that!! My kids were so disappointed.

Disliked: Double rooms (2 beds) somewhat crowded without much sitting furniture
