Bed was a disappointment.

Liked: The room was clean.
Disliked: I had better expectation of the bed. It was not comfortable at all. I expected better considering I was informed this was a 4-Star Hotel.The trend of paying when I park my own car is absurd. I know this is something lots of hotels are doing but I surely don't like it.

Bad

Liked: Ambiance of the lobby. The secured parking.
Disliked: Molded ceilings covered by paint, extremely dusty and carpet and curtains that were dirty, bad for my asthma. There were no clean towels. When we got there there was urine on the toilet. The bed was lumpy and the comforter was old and scratchy. No one answered our phone call when we were looking for service until 7 am the next morning.

I want a refund this...

Liked: Location is convenient
Disliked: Dirty and everything malfunctions dirty my bathroom dirty shower would not drain and heater would not work had to call engineer on duty twice to come fix my room the worker was so embarrassed had no idea what to say to us this is the second Time this happened my last stay I decided not to complaint because it was the first time but now twice in a row it cannot be a coincidence that I get the dirty room where nothing seems to work properly this cannot be unacceptable this is not a cheap hotel
