Liked: Great hotel. Local to the city. You can travel through the mall to get to where you need to go. The hotel is very clean and well worth the money spent.
Disliked: Parking is minimal. They directed me to a close by parking garage. It turned out to be cheaper in the long run.

Liked: The location is optimal. No need to go outside to catch the T, since there’s a station right in Copley Place. There’s a parking garage 2 minutes away and it’s about a 15 min walk to Fenway park.
Disliked: Wish the rooms were bigger.

Liked: The breakfast was the standout; it was the best breakfast I have ever had in any hotel. Also good were the facilities, the overall cleanliness, valet parking, wait time for elevators and efficiency and attentiveness of the staff.
Disliked: The room was average. The bed made noise. The shower was neither powerful nor abundant.
