A microwave and refrigerator are included in each room at The Palms Oceanfront Hotel. A cable TV with pay-per-view channels is available as well. Private bathrooms also come with a bath and hairdryer. At The Palms Oceanfront Hotel you will find a 24-hour front desk. Other facilities offered include luggage storage and daily housekeeping service. Effective August 1 2023 at 8 AM parking under the hotel will be offered free of charge on a first-come first-served basis. If no spots are available you may park your vehicle in Municipal City Lot A or Municipal City Lot B and pay the city directly through their text-to-pay program. The city charges $10 Sunday - Thursday and $15 Friday - Saturday. You must renew your parking pass every morning of your stay using their text-to-pay option. This includes the morning of your departure if you plan to be in the city parking lot longer than 8 AM. We apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause you. Sullivan's Island is just 8 minutes' drive from this hotel.

Liked: On the beach
Disliked: The price. . We had to walk up the stairs due to the elevator not working so my pregnant daughter had to walk up flight stairs to get to her room and the Continental breakfast definitely wasn't a very good breakfast it looked like food that had been sitting there overnight.

Wonderful place to stay.

Liked: It was located right at the beach.
Disliked: Parking was a bit dodgey, but turned out to be safe.

Liked: Great location, loved ocean view from rooms, loved balcony, great shopping, loved proximity to Coconut Joes, loved easy beach access, easy parking with overflow municipal lots, friendly staff, pretty rooms

Very good

Disliked: The parking underneath the hotel, not well advertised. But there was larger lots available to park in away from the hotel. The floors in hotel room were dirty from day one.
