Liked: porter and reception staff were friendly
Disliked: My suite was sparsely furnished, sofa cushions were uneven, half of the living room was empty with only one floor lamp. Room service came in paper bags like take out orders, bathroom has no amenities except shower cap: all these when I paid $730per night for the suite.

Liked: The property was beautiful and the staff was very courteous and helpful. I stayed about a month ago and thought I would try other hotels in the area for the experience/fun. After the weekend I had staying at another property I wished I had booked here instead. I will definitely be back again and would recommend to other family/friends.

Bad

Disliked: We were charged an additional $87 to the credit card, was not advised of this charge during check out, and no receipt emailed. Messaged them over a week ago, and still no reply.

Liked: central location, staff was great. Room was fine, nothing fancy but met out expectations.

Liked: Great location for seeing the sights in DC. Hotel was pretty quiet.
Disliked: There was a daily hotel fee we were not told about until arriving. The price of valet parking is not provided until check in. We were not given the paperwork for complimentary tours on check in. Worst of all, we went to the restaurant our first night and were ignored by the staff so we left.
