Horrible!

Liked: This place is old, cost a lot of money, and the facilities are falling apart and not in good operation! In addition, the staff just wanted to discount what’s going on and really didn’t want to help. The next day, we finally spoke to a manager who did give us a bit of a discount, but it still wasn’t nowhere near equivalent to the amount of grief and terrible lack of sleep we got the one night we stayed there.

Liked: Property is beach front and provides excellent view of the beach.They provided free upgrade from deluxe studio one one bedroom suite. Rooms are big and clean.excellent roof top pool with clean water and clean area near pool
Disliked: Recommend to provide access the rooftop at 6 am to view sunrises

Liked: The location was the perfect spot to enjoy the beach and the many shops along the way.
Disliked: I don’t have any complaints.

Disliked: When I booked this hotel I found this hotel has valet car parking on cost. And when I reached the hotel I was told you need to park your car by yourself to the any parking garage, we don't have any responsibility on that. I reached the hotel at 11.30PM and roamed around to get a parking garage. This was quite a hectic task in the middle of the night and in a new city. I would expect hotel staff should be more careful & responsible to their tourists.

Great location on Ocean Drive...

Liked: Room was bigger than expected and the hotel is right on South Beach, very close to 5th. Perfect for hitting the tourist bars and shops.We arrived during Spring Break on a Sunday and the police presence was impressive. It certainly made the area feel safe. THey're certainly trying to clean up the area from partying.There's a lovely promenade walk, which we took to Lincoln Drive shopping.Loved seeing the random Iguanas walking around.... Apparently they're pests though.
Disliked: Room wasn't ready on arrival. Admittedly, we were an hour or so earlier than the check-in time, but sometimes you get lucky. Because of Spring break, Ocean Drive was closed to traffic too, not the hotel's fault, but did have to park our rental car with a local Valet, which wasn't cheap.
