Liked: This Hotel is very under estimated! This is a great hotel! Staff at check in is friendly and approachable. Aaron at the PT express is hilarious! Great service. Love it! I’ll definitely return.
Disliked: Rooms didn’t come with a mini fridge.

Work trip so basically just...

Disliked: No microwave or mini in room

Terrible stay!!

Liked: The location
Disliked: There were ants in our room! We then had to pack all our stuff back up and go back down to the front desk to change keys. Once we got into our new room security came knocking at our door had to come in our room and ask us all to write statements plus take pictures of our IDs and of us individually like we had just witnessed a crime. This whole situation made us feel very uncomfortable!! The next day we were hoping to be offered somewhat of a discount or at least an apology but they declined to give us any discount or an apology and said they did what they could by switching us rooms. I have pictures of all the ants as well!
