A good night's stay, just...
Liked: Easy to find. It was next to the funeral home where we needed to go. There were a few more breakfast options available here than we had a few more expensive hotels.
Disliked: The TV channels didn't match the lineup on the dresser. Not a lot of food delivery options.

Very good
Liked: Very good, the eggs and sausage were fine waffles okay, the biscuits and gravy just right, and the helpwas excellent also made sure everything was clean and full.
Disliked: I'm sure all women will agree with me, the lightening where you put on your makeup isn't very goodto see with. Should be brighter bulbs, otherwise it was okay.

A fine stop over place.
Liked: The people at reception were very open and friendly and they made up for the basic nature of the motel. It was overpriced for what it was but then again so was every 'basic' hotel/motel I stayed in during my trip (yes, I found the US much more expensive for accommodation and food than I'd expected). Cost aside, the room was fine, clean, safe and had the required amenities - fridge, micro - though I don't remember if it had a coffee machine. Location wise wasn't central to anything except a supermarket! It was too far to walk 'downtown'. Once again, the staff were really friendly and there 24hours.
Disliked: No complaints. The motel was fine.

Good
Disliked: They still had many signs of 'Covid'- Era propaganda posted up on the walls. Like, for instance, as I arrived and approached the doorway, there was still a big sign that stated that masks are required for entry. So, who overlooks this and decides it's OK to leave this nonsense up? Also, too many 'Covid'- Era BS sings all over the place like stay home if you're sick, wash your hands, social distance, and cover your mouth.. like we are in an elementary class. Such disgusting, dehumanizing nonsense propaganda. There was still a big, hanging plexi curtain in front of the front desk... there's absolutely No scientific basis for this and it all should have been removed a long time ago. All of that made me feel uncomfortable. Stay home?? I'm on a vacation to see my Mom in Fairfield Iowa and I chose Super 8 with all that still going on.. yeah, in June 2023. Same thing in July 2022. People really need to speak up. So unreal.
