Liked: Friendly staff and good breakfast
Disliked: This is definitely NOT a 3-star hotel, despite being part of Marriott. The rooms had a shabby motel-like quality. The linens and towels didn't have a clean, crip feel to them. Hanging some abstract art on the walls doesn't change these facts.

Liked: It was sunny.
Disliked: We stayed at the Springhill suites in Waco, which was excellent, so we booked this one in Las Cruces for a work trip. Out of 12 hotels we used during the trip, this was the 2nd worst. The worst didn't have windows in any meaningful sense. Basic things you'd expect, like coffee at breakfast seemed a chore. Had to wait 20 minutes to check in. Asked 5 times to get them to take the padlock off the pool gate before I eventually just gave up asking. Terrible value for money. Don't bother.

Disliked: Area. Sheets and towels had small stains. Fridge dented. Rubber bands on carpet, as though it was not vacuumed. Blood on tray.

Excellent hotel, good breakfast and...

Liked: The rooms were updated, we definitely felt safe. Breakfast was also very nice.
Disliked: It was off the freeway but we couldn’t hear the traffic from our room.

Liked: The staff and room outlay was nice
Disliked: The pool and hottub were closed and we chose this hotel because of the picture of pool and hottub.

Disliked: Hotel is outdated and not as clan as it should be.

Liked: I love the hotel, its convenience and amenities
Disliked: A little disappointed as the phone in my room wasn't connected and after I reported it not corrected. A light between the beds wasn't working either and reported and not corrected. These are very minor but very happy with my stay.
