Liked: Even with construction going on, the place was very clean. The room was clean, comfortable and beautiful.
Disliked: There wasn't enough flatware in the drawer.

Disliked: While I appreciated the warm hospitality provided by your reception team, I encountered several issues that detracted from our overall experience.Firstly, the early morning construction noise was quite disruptive. Drilling began as early as 7:30 AM, even on the weekend, which was surprising given that the hotel was fully booked. I understand the necessity of renovations, but perhaps these could be scheduled to start later in the day to minimize disturbance to guests.Additionally, our room was missing a ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign, which we had to request multiple times before receiving one on our final night. We also found the amenities in our room to be lacking; for instance, we were provided with only one decaffeinated tea bag and no kettle, necessitating a makeshift solution for hot water. The provision of just a single roll of toilet paper for a four-day stay was similarly inconvenient.The breakfast setup was also less than ideal with the dining area under construction, forcing guests to navigate through hallways to an alternate room. The limited food options and the quality of the coffee were disappointing.Furthermore, I was surprised by the $150 security deposit and the discrepancy between the checkout time communicated to us and what was listed. It would be helpful for such information to be clearly outlined and consistent to avoid any confusion.

Liked: Check in and out was easy. room was comfortable. breakfast choices were nice. I appreciated the fresh fruit assortment.
Disliked: I knew when I booked that the pool was closed. It seems the entire hotel is under renovation. We came in for a 90th birthday party. Family from all over the US was at the hotel. I had stayed here before and knew there was a lounge area where we could meet. It was boarded up. Outside seating area filled with boxes so we could not meet there. I'm sure it will be nice when finished.

Recommend for a short stay....

Liked: Room was clean and spacious. Loved that we could control the air. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The bathroom could use more light. It was very dim. The breakfast could have more 'alternate milk' options. And we didn't have breakfast options on one of the days.

Think twice before booking!

Liked: Renovations were going on. The noise was so bad they had to change me to a new room the new room did not have hot water and the new room was by the dump that they were using to discard construction material. Also, it was by the highway. It was so bad I had to leave the hotel for my entire last day!
Disliked: Renovation, noise, no hot water
