We will definitely stay here the next time we attend a concert at Oak Mountain!

Liked: OK price. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Good hot breakfast and clean dining room. Waffle maker was very good. HVAC worked great. Plumbing/water worked great. Room overall was clean. Nice to have stairs by elevator. Free Wi-Fi worked OK.
Disliked: Lots of street noise at night. Some power outlets didn't work. The only real coffee was brewed in two very small drop coffee makers. Coffee was frequently gone (some guests were filling travel mugs) and whatever was left was cold. Found a long hair in egg omelet. Lots of dump trucks in parking lot at night.

Liked: The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. Had a variety for everyone.

Liked: Room, location, and price were just fine.
Disliked: Front desk needs some training when greeting & engaging guests. Felt like we were an inconvenience upon arrival.
