Liked: Great location in Times Square. Near the Shubert Theater and Central Park. Great rate. Upgraded us to Sheraton member card and gave us free Wifi. Starbucks in lobby. Nice rooms.
Disliked: Our toilet didn't always flush and we had to jiggle that thing in the toilet tank to get it to fill with water. The housekeeper never replenished our washcloths.

This hotel was okay, but would look at other options before staying here again.

Although I had booked (3 nights) and paid extra for a King Bed, wifi and free bottled water, I received two doubles, wifi and NO water. I had to ask the concierge the next morning. My fridge was NOT restocked on a daily basis. I was originally charged for the waters and other random things, but had it corrected at checkout. Hotel room was clean and renovated. Would've been nice to have had fridge space for miscellaneous items. Would return again. Doormen were friendly and very helpful. Great location to Times Square, city tours, entertainment and food.

Disliked: We previously stayed at this hotel in 2015. It is clear it has been deeply affected by the pandemic as it is a shadow of its former self. I would go as far as to say it is still a pandemic hotel in a lot of ways. With minimum facilities and overpriced food. Staff were borderline rude at every interaction from check in to bar service to housekeeping. We are not precious people but we are used to travelling and have never experienced such a lack of warmth and kindness. It was gruff and dismissive. The food in the hotel is extremely overpriced. For example the burger with bacon and cheese with fries is $34 plus tax plus 15% automatic gratuity. A continental breakfast for one person is $30 plus tax plus 15% automatic gratuity. If you decide to stay here do not get breakfast included. They only give you $30 per day per room to use for food and beverage as outlined above it’s not enough. Save your money and go around the corner where there are far cheaper options. Room was extremely worn and disappointing. Furniture was chipped. Couch in room was fraying and had tears. The bathroom was tiny (we are average sized Europeans). The toiletries were limited to a bar of soap shampoo and body lotion and motel quality towels. The coffee dock did not look clean so did not use. All of this was surprising for a highly rated property, the price and as we had such a positive prior experience. I will not be recommending.

Disliked: - did not find my payment, wanted to charge me twice- payment included 2 x30 usd spent - why? I don’t need that , feels fraud to charge that- rooms for a 4 star hotel was basic, part of furniture wood was old and used - breakfast had a long queue … for what you are paying .. that should be a bette experience - 5 USD to store a suitcase? common- not enouth good seating in lobby- elevators too complex- shampoo and soap soo basic for a 4 star hotel- coffee at breakfast had no options like espresso or other higher level
