Liked: I love this hotel and convention center. The entire facility is clean, beautiful/modern design throughout, convenient with location to local shopping as well as restaurants, Starbucks & snacks bar inside the hotel.

Liked: Front deck staff was friendly and the place had a lot of places to just sit and relax at.
Disliked: We had a noise complaint about our room but when staff came to tell us. It was aggressive and scary. He said we had multiple complaints but no one had called or reached out before hand. We as soon as we could quite down and talked softer. We understand there were other people around us. We did what needed to be more respectful but we also felt it could have been handled better.
