Excellent location to being close...

Liked: The beds /bedding/pillows were very comfortable! I really like the shampoos and soaps - very good quality! Windows could open for fresh air!
Disliked: I would have liked a table and chairs in the room because we ate take out orders in the room! There were people partying /street noise till about 3 in the morning outside our room - which faced the street. It just happened to be a Friday night!

Decent stay within minutes of Banff

Liked: The location is great. Close to Banff downtown and minutes from lake Louise and anything in between
Disliked: The check in desk is in another hotel completely. So you have to keep going from one location to another. They also cleaned our room but gave us extremely dirty towels and left their dirty cloths on our table stand. When we called- the front desk didnt even apologize just said how many towels. For the price it isnt worth the dirty mess of the place.
