Would not reccomend.
Liked: Location.
Disliked: Poor customer service; room was quite dirty. Roach in the hallway. Breakfast not good.

Liked: The pool terrace and the hot tub - very nice!
Disliked: Breakfast: pretty much all sweet options; no meat/cheese.

Not so great hotel
Liked: The location was ok.
Disliked: The lobby and room was deceiving. Looks ok when you enter but once past the lobby. The wall, carpet the rooms were dirty. We were there 3 days i had 3 rooms and the staff never came to clean the rooms. . I had to get cleaning supplies to clean my own room. There was roaches. The thing is it has the potential to be a good hotel but I was told it was large population of people living there.

Devasting ordeal
Disliked: Slept in room with no electricity because they couldn't find my reservation but didn't put us in that room until after 12a.m.

Could of been better
Liked: Location was good .
Disliked: Rooms need to be attended on a daily basis abs the traffic on the ground floor is crazy. Still haven't recieve my security deposit back, which was paid from my credit card .

The place has potential but...
Liked: Bed and pillows
Disliked: Elevators at one end were broken, fitness center was closed and a mess, gift shop and everything was closed. Pool was roped off because they were fixing stuff.It took an hour to checkin because the new person did not giving booking .com their new email and they couldn’t find my paid reservation. I had to call Priceline and wait for their sister company booking.com to answer the phone for 20 minutes then another 40 minutes for them to figure out of was wrong! We will not stay there again.Andre was super understanding and calm while we waited for them to figure it out.
