Staff was friendly and courteous.

Disliked: The A/C in our room sounded like a helicopter. It was awful and the door to the room you could see daylight around it. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Disliked: Found bedbugs at 1130pm at night. Could not be moved until the next day because the hotel was full. I was then put into a room with no microwave. I had to carry all my stuff down stairs because there's no elevator. Very poor experience. Will not be back.

Liked: It was located near very many restaurants. The room was very spacious.
Disliked: The bathroom floor looked very dirty,especially in the corners. Some furnishings are showing a lot of wear and tear and need to be replaced.

Disliked: Did not honor my request (3 weeks in advance) for a 1st floor room, TV did not work and was not fixed until 2nd night and room floor absolutely filthy!

Disappointing

Liked: Comfy bed & pillows, Room was well designed, no carpet on the floors was a plus, GREAT breakfast!
Disliked: No elevator. Carrying multiple bags up stairs can be difficult.
