Liked: The actual room was clean and tastefully decorated with great OU influenced photos both historically and more current. Also, the dining experience was pleasant with several tasty options and excellent customer service.
Disliked: The lobby of the building where we stayed (Bldg. 3) seemed dirty and unkept; nothing appealing set up as an inviting prepared space.

Liked: I had a great employee help me, Ty. He was incredibly nice and accommodating.
Disliked: It would’ve been nice to have outlets on both sides of the bed.

Disliked: The guy that checked me in was rude. His attitude really started my stay off on the wrong foot.

Disliked: One of the front office manager wasn’t polite. Asked for trash liners and had to wait 2 days. Water would run cold in the middle of a shower.
