Friendly and comfortable

Liked: Lovely big room with an amazing view of the harbour outside, despite the cold and the rain. The bathroom was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I had a nice breakfast the following day too. Recommended to anyone staying locally.
Disliked: Nothing to call out.

Liked: It’s a great location with great views. It’s an older building with small bathrooms. Furnishings in the room were nice, comfortable bed. The staff was wonderful!
Disliked: No gymNo free coffee in the lobby

Liked: Nice coastal view, great seafood restaurant around the harbor within walking distance.

Liked: Nice place for easy access to bars and restaurants
Disliked: Shower drain so slow. They have to clean drainage

Great location for our weekend...

Liked: Location was perfect! We were able to park the car and walk all around Newport. Close to shop and restaurants. Great view of the ocean from our room.
Disliked: Room could have used more outlets for charging devices.

Liked: Gated parking lot. Fantastically helpful staff. Clean room and restroom. Fantastic harbor view.
Disliked: Handicap room request was not honored.
