Will not be back to...

Liked: The hotel was mostly clean. Chrystal and Glen made the stay bearable and were very friendly. I would rate them both at 5 stars but the motel only a 3.
Disliked: Room 218 4/18-4/20. Was 4/21 but left a day early. Floor was coming up at the entrance inside room. Carpet was filthy stained & very worn. My dogs could scent out where other pets had previously pottied on the carpet. I had to go buy pee pee pads to make sure they wouldn’t try as well. Why on earth not have laminate or vinyl flooring installed. Room was not worth what we paid. No place to store clothes or sink counter space to store personal items. TV would only show 1 channel. Called front desk and they said someone would be right up to check it out. No one ever came. Fire alarm went off the first night and no one knew why. Requested disability room at initial booking on 1st floor. They put us on the 2nd floor at check in and then the elevator stopped working. 81 year old sister cannot do stairs and has to use a walker. Major safety issue! It did get resolved later that day. We checked out a day early and I was told they would credit the 1 day room charge and pet fee back to our cards. So far I haven’t heard anything back.

Liked: Location good. Beds were clean and comfy.
Disliked: Purchased a Queen Suite and got a double bed basic room. Front desk said it’s because we booked through a third party, but my sister-in-law booked same type of room a day after us and check in 10-15 mins after us and got a queen suite. As soon as we arrived on floor we could hear dogs barking and the room smelled like dog pee/poop.

Staying at this hotel served...

Disliked: The breakfast choice or lack there of choices. I also was concerned about all the paperwork that needed to be completed. I elected this hotel online, paid online. I had my confirmation number and was told that was not a number that could be used. It felt outside the norm. I also did not understand that my bed was not made... it looked like no one entered my room?

A great price for a...

Liked: An inviting looking property and I was met by a very friendly lady at the counter. The room was clean and everything worked properly. I felt very safe and comfortable. Also, everything I could need was a short car ride away.
Disliked: Nothing
