Liked: Location is excellent. Neighborhood is iffy. Always rough looking. Only place in the area. Second stay due to friend. Much quieter this time. Beds are comfy not too soft. Not to firm. Pillows are squares and a bit odd. Coffee in room. Did not have the breakfast.
Disliked: Rough neighborhood. Never leave anything in car. Nothing! Always people walking about.

Liked: The staff is very nice and response to any concerns or questions you have with a very professional and friendly manner

Liked: The rooms were clean and well taken care of. The staff was very friendly also.
Disliked: The location is not very great. It was very loud and too much noise that we couldnt sleep.

Liked: Staff at the reception were exceptionally helpful, special mention must be made of Kareena who provided us with frjuits for dinner when our pizza delivery failed us. she also took care of our luggage when we went on a trip to Yosemite.
Disliked: Breakfast quality can certainly improve. Even though basics were ok, quality of scrambled eggs wasn't great, nor were there enough good quality fresh fruits (in California ! ?). Also, no assistance from staff was available.
