Great location and value!

Liked: It is an excellent location - walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The heated pool and gym were great. The complementary cruiser bikes and yoga on the beach was such a nice perk!
Disliked: Honestly can't say much about what can be improved...staff were friendly, rooms and facilities were clean. Everything was great.

Disliked: HiWe stayed at the hotel between the dates April 3 and April 9… We liked the location and clean rooms. But 2 days we waked up at 7 because of the protests made by the hotel workers. We flight 13 hours but we can’t sleep. Sorry but we will not stay again at your hotel…Regards

Disliked: There was industrial action on one of the nights that we were at the hotel where staff were requesting to be paid for contracts and trumpeting noise with loud speakers.There were also lots of security guards on the property - clearly due to a security concern There were also homeless people and people with psychological issues that were walking the streets around the area and on the walk to the beach.

Liked: We were very happy with this location. As a family of 6 we have a lot of needs, the hotel was great. The staff was excellent and kind. We would come back.
Disliked: All was good.

Passable

Disliked: Very little was done or communicated about the strike. I left this hotel and went to Viceroy a few blocks away and they manage the issues a lot better and gave me a credit of $150 towards the disturbance of the strikers.
