Liked: the view to the sea
Disliked: Very old facilities, very old sofa bed, you can feel the springs, they have to update the rooms

Disappointing

Liked: They have a parking deck
Disliked: Brought my family to this location to kick off the spring! We waited purposely til after spring break so that our children would be able to have a good time and wouldn't be overly crowded upon arrival my 3 children were very excited to see the water park open and running (arrived at 3:30 check in is at 4) after checking in and getting dressed the water park was closed. Very disappointing and on a Saturday! The following day the kids decided they enjoyed the indoor pool from the day before so went down for that and it's CLOSED and it's a rainy day at this point this will never be a place we pick for the children they have gotten nothing but a bunch of disappointment!!

Smoke hotel

Liked: The bedroom had a balcony that was oceanfront.
Disliked: The hotel is half condos and quite a few of the tenants smoke cigarettes where ever they want. It was so bad that I couldn’t leave the patio door open to hear the ocean at night due to all the cigarette smoke. The hot tubs were disgusting and dirty. Definitely the dirtiest hotel I’ve visited!

Liked: Nothing stayed aggravated over all the extra fees that they charge the whole time I was there
Disliked: On booking this listing was 73$ again you pay all the fees that they add on it was 353$ for one night. You need to verify what these places are doing to people. It should be criminal offense to charge all the BS fees that they are charging people.
