Conveniently located, clean

Liked: The area was convenient and safe, we were able to get ground floor, had coffee maker
Disliked: Expensive for Friday night, bed hard. Thin walls and ceiling for noise control

Liked: It was clean and quiet.
Disliked: There was no hot water at night to take shower soI tried again in the morning and it was still cold. I should have talked to the staff to see if there was a problem but I didn’t.

Liked: The location was excellent, right off the freeway and close to the university and downtown
Disliked: The room seemed a bit dingy and dirty, and it was freezing when we arrived. Luckily the heat worked. They did not clean the room until I asked.

Liked: Great location. Quiet room. Good price. Reliable internet. Desk person very nice and helpful. Cleaning lady also verynice.
Disliked: They do need a handyman. The heater was under the bathroom sink. the shower worked well, but the hot/cold handle is in bad shape. One of the lamps did not work.
