Liked: Wonderful hotel and great staff!

I would not stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone. The management needs to invest in the property. Housekeeping can only do so much with what they have to work with.

Liked: The location was close to the venue.
Disliked: The bedding and towels were clean but the room had a damp musty odor. The carpet and couch needed a thorough cleaning and I would not venture to take a bath in the tub.

Liked: Hotel is centrally located in Lakeland. The pool is nice for sunny days.
Disliked: Housekeeping did not do what we were told it would do during our 7 night stay, despite us literally asking the front desk three times. Our sheets were never changed (supposed to be changed after 4 nights). The bed was supposed to be made every other night. They made it the second morning. On day six, they attempted to make it with a pillow in the middle and did not tuck the blankets!Also, several nights that we were there, a large school group was there. All of the students were out in the halls and lobby be very loud well past reasonable hours. We asked once at 10 pm & another night at 11 pm, if something could be done. At this point a young man working the front desk went around individually asking them to quiet down. I really think a manager should have been on top of this much earlier in the evening. In the morning, there was no room for us to eat breakfast, because the students ate their breakfast, but congregated in the lobby before & after. Again, a manager should have opened a meeting room for them to have breakfast, so other guests had somewhere to be.In total, we were very disappointed in how much we paid and the service that was rendered.

Liked: Everything was excellent,.. the rooms , the staff, the breakfast ..I would highly recommend
Disliked: I however didn't like that we had to pay for parking and for each car and each day.
