Excellent experience

Liked: Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Told us about all the extra services. Room was very clean.
Disliked: That only 1 elevator was working. Also need a little more seating for breakfast , we had to take our breakfast at 7 am to our room because there was no seating. Back door to enter was not working with room key you could just open it and walk in.

Liked: Great location, very comfortable, spacious room, comfortable bed. Very good breakfast. Staff very friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: Our only complaint was the prices of the drinks, snacks offered. There was no drinking water jug, container in the lobby, as is frequently in hotels for guests. The prices of the bottled water were outrageous; more expensive than at airports! If you are going to charge those prices, you really should provide cold, drinking water in the lobby for your guests. Otherwise, the place was great.

Liked: Room was very nice. Business area and desk in room were nice addition. Beds were a little smaller but adequate. Outside sinks.
Disliked: Only 1 elevator working was inconvenient. Space for couch and desk took some room away from bathroom and sleeping area.

Liked: We really enjoyed the location of our hotel stay. It was located near many wonderful attractions and restaurants. The rooms were very spacious and the staff was very kind. We were even given a 12 noon checkout, which was very nice.
Disliked: The only thing that was negative was the elevator system. There seemed to be issues waiting and only one elevator was working.
