Disliked: The toilet light had been switched off automatically during I was showering. It become totally dark while the body is totally wet. It is unacceptable and very dangerous. How come you can set like that? The pillow are too small.

Comfortable Hotel and Short Walk...
Liked: This hotel was perfect for the short stay we had. Room was a good size and had everything we needed; mini-fridge, microwave, complimentary coffee and tea, a desk, a safe and a small closet.The bed was very comfortable and we were satisfied with our stay.The hotel was located about 35 minutes walk from Levi's Stadium.
Disliked: Still have a hard time with hotels charging parking for their guests.

Rediculous.
Liked: The Hyatt was near the Levi’s stadium, the sole reason of our stay.
Disliked: The Hyatt and near hotels, all had an enormous amount of events scheduled around the same time as the 49ers game. The parking was chaotic, no exaggeration. Our first time visiting Santa Clara I assumed it was just bad luck, but to hear from faculty members of how it occurs very frequently without resolution, baffled my husband and I. The parking chaos had us miss our tour of the 49ers museum, we had a reservation for 10:45am and were unable to attend due to the parking jam at the Hyatt hotel. We couldn’t leave due to hundreds or people blocking the parking entrance and couldn’t park due to parking facilities not allowing us access to our parking at the Hyatt, which we had paid for the previous day and paid for the remainder of our stay. The museum tickets were 49$ each, and I was not refunded, Hyatts incapabilities to provide its guest with proper information about parking and or refusal of parking, should be responsible for refunding me of not only my tickets to the museum, but a nights stay for ruining my stay and trip to Santa Clara. Learning that Hyatts parking chaos happens all the time and not be warned at check in or online, is ludicrous. Also, checking in, the host offered us a room upgrade, but had to endure cold showers because there was no hot water. Never staying at that Hyatt again.
