Beautiful hotel and extremely nice...

Liked: The staff on reception were excellent! So friendly and helpful, they went above and beyond! Daniel on reception was so kind and gave recommendations to us, such a warm welcome! Also, there is a little treasure chest in reception for the children to chose a little toy from and it made my two children SO happy! They were so excited each day to look inside and it made their stay for them.
Disliked: I think the plunge pool should be a little better advertised as we only found out about it when we were leaving, which was disappointing as the only thing missing from our stay was a swimming pool to enjoy. Also, the valet parking (although nice) is an unusual experience for British people who aren’t used to this and I did feel a little rushed at times to get out of the car and to unpack the bags on arrival. I would have preferred an option to park it myself.
