The staff were not polite upon checking in - vague with directions to Englert Theater. There was no book containing hotel information/local info/room service menu in the room . The room had a view of the roof with broken lawn chairs and patio umbrellas. It was not as great as the website photos; no TV channel guide. I was trying to build up the room since we paid $170, saying it was modernistic, and my fiance replied "yeah, 1970's". He was right. Normally don't write reviews, rarely negative ones, but had to on this one. Disappointed.

Disliked: My room had a joining door with the room next to me. I could hear every word that was being said by the people in the room next to me. And I had to listen to their TV. This made it impossible to sleep so I left early and went home.

Disliked: Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Result was minimal sleep & a sore back. Half of the rug in the bathroom was soaked, making the room musty. Only 2 regular coffees which were chon the 1 day.

Disliked: The cement floors, and lack of carpeting in the halls made it incredibly loud. A party broke out in the hall, and was never shut down by the hotel. It was the loudest and worst nights sleep I have ever had at a hotel. I would never consider returning.

Disliked: Refrigerator was not working, sink in bathroom was not draining very good. The shower was in bad shape. The cement floor was dirty and there was dust and dirt behind the TV stand.
