Nice location, great breakfast!

Liked: Breakfast was great! Location was good for us.
Disliked: The room was nice but it needs some updates. The bathroom had black mold around the base of the shower.

It served our purpose, but...

Liked: The location of the property was great! Close to two restaurants within a one minute walking distance. Close to gas, grocery store, and drive thru. Liked the staff—all friendly. It was clean, but very dated.
Disliked: Even though there is some smallUpdating in the lobby/cafe area, the hotel is VERY dated. The basketball area was missing a hoop. The pool was supposed to be heated, and it had like 3 jets that were heated but not enough to heat the pool. The bed was SO hard I had to ask for more duvets and double them over in addition to ours and the fuzzy blanket just to be able to sleep. The hardest bed I’ve ever slept on.

Amazing stay!!!

Liked: We love everything about the property!! We arrived about 30 mins before check in time the very friendly staff let us go on and check in !! Check in was fast and easy . I understand they are in the process of remodeling. We did not get one of the newer room, but the room we did get I was very pleased with I love the size of room I love the full size refrigerator. I love the ceiling fan in the bedroom!!!! And how the room had two TV’s that was a big plus when you have kids beds were great the pillows were amazing. Super soft. . Our kids enjoyed the indoor pool. They also enjoyed playing basketball outside. Enjoyed working out in the gym. had a great breakfast. I only ate once, but husband and kids ate twice and each morning. It was something different. I loved how they mix it up. There is also two cute little sports bar grills restaurants by this hotel walking distance my husband ate at the barbecue one and he said it was delicious. I will definitely stay here again Highly recommend will definitely be back.
Disliked: Don’t really have anything negative to say while we were there the second night the basketball goal was broken. I sure hope y’all replaced that when we get to come back in a couple months that was one of the things that caught our eye about this hotel kids get so bored inside

Disliked: We booked the hotel because it said it had a hot tub. When we got there, the hot tub had been taken out. And we canceled our reservation our credit card list are charged.

Disliked: Construction in lobby, but it was tolerable. End result will be nice. Short-term issue.

Great place to stay.

Liked: Quiet, bed comfortable, cleanliness, step-in shower. I loved that the sink was separate from the commode & shower. The little “kitchen” was a surprise and if we could have stayed longer, we would have used it!
Disliked: One wash cloth.

Liked: I have stayed at the property before, it is close to the University.
Disliked: The front desk clerk was very abrasive. I checked in online and was aware the rooms are not ready until 3 pm. I arrived to the property a little early. I advised the front desk clerk I know I’m early but I wanted to see if my room was available. She advised me if the system allows you to check in on line, that means your room if available. I advised her it is showing pending ( something like that) it didn’t advise me the room was available and I had no digital key. She asked if I requested as digital key I should have one. Once her saw her manager ( i presume he was a manager) she changed her tone. I encountered the same front desk clerk the next day (Saturday) due to the sink was leaking from the hot water knob, rudely she said I will have to call maintenance as they don’t work on Saturdays. After I returned to my room , my sink was still leaking.When you are working with the public, customer service is very important.
