Liked: We arrived with 25 children, after sleeping in the airport and they were kind, helpful and trying to do the best for us. They even took us to Whataburger. Thanks for everything.

Disliked: Hard to regulate room temperature. No water pressure in shower. Breakfast ends too early. TV doesn't work properly- have to guess channels- not set up.

Beautiful Comfortable Room

Liked: The staff was so courteous, and prompt. Room was SPOTLESS. Entry area and all areas were SPOTLESS. I own a residential cleaning business, so I am super dialed in to filth. Impecable.COULDNT ASK FOR A MORE COMFORTABLE BED. FELT LIKE I WAS SLEEPING ON A CLOUD.

Disliked: A large group of young people in the parking lot who were in a van BOOMING VERY LOUD MUSIC ALL NIGHT LONG. Public intoxication and huge NOISE. The manager never called the Police or stopped the revelry. I have contacted Hilton about this.
