Personal opinion.

Liked: The kind staff. Great location for amazing food across the parking lot!. The machine shed was absolutely fantastic. I thank the staff for pointing us in the right direction
Disliked: Loud barking dog across my room. (quited down after talking to staff)

I spent over $700 on...

Liked: Staff was friendly.
Disliked: I purchased the option to have my breakfast included. (All included and not the $10 voucher). On the first day, I had to explain and show proof to two different people that my reservation included breakfast. I had to do it again on days 2 and 3. I didn’t want the hassle so I skipped breakfast on day 4. On day one the server brought me someone else’s food. I didn’t say anything because I was already frustrated. When she brought my food to someone else, I flagged her over and told her. She picked up that plate from the other guy and set it down at my table (gross), took my current plate away which had my fork on it, brought it to the kitchen and had it remade. I asked for a to go box, got back to my room, and threw it away.

Liked: Comfortable beds and extra pillows.
Disliked: For breakfast, the only drink available was coffee. There should be milk and/or water put out, because not everyone is a coffee drinker. Im one of them.

Liked: Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is clean and quiet. The room comes with a fridge and coffee maker/pod style. You let them know when you want your room cleaned, no knock on the door at 8 am by housekeeping is nice when you forget to put out the do not disturb sign like some places.
Disliked: Booking.com said you had breakfast lunch and dinner available for a flat price available and you didn’t breakfast was supposed to be $10 a person etc. No microwave in room when you didn’t have any food available! Our key cards kept going dead when we were there for a week.

Exceptional

Liked: The hotel was clean and super accommodating. The poolside room was an added bonus
