Disliked: The ac wasn't working in the room. The hotel as a whole was old and needed updating. Laundry room required quarters and the front desk couldn't give change.

Good for a one night...

Liked: Location was great for our purpose.
Disliked: The carpets in the rooms desperately need cleaning or replacement, you can't walk in the rooms without shoes or your feet turn black. I was disappointed there was no mini fridge or microwave in our room but there was one in the other family members room. This is definitely a no frills hotel. No free breakfast, no pool, no shuttle service to the ships. It was also difficult finding the parking lot which they also charge you for.

Liked: We like that it is across the street from Bayside market place. Also it’s very close to the Port.The staff are always very Nice.
Disliked: They do not have complementary coffee. We didn’t have time to sit for Breakfast. So we decided to just have a cup of coffee. Imagine or surprise when the lady at the Bar handed my Husband the check for 2 small cups of coffee $8.50. I couldn’t believe it. We were Shocked. Another Guest was going to get a cup of coffee. We told him the price. He said never mind . He said for that price he would walk across the street for his Coffee.

Disliked: The hotel is very old, and in the hallway, it is smelly. The room is not very clean, the AC in the room made a loud noise. The breakfast is provided by an restaurant in the same building. The restaurant is open to the public, as a hotel resident, I feel I was not treated well.
