The carpet was gross. I had to wear my socks. The bathroom lights were so dingy and it was hard to see. This hotel needs a serious update. Room service food was good and prompt service. The windows kept "cracking" very loud all afternoon. The adjoining room had guests that got up at 3AM and incessantly talked for 2 hours - I could hear every word they said. I went to the lounge and sat for 10 minutes and no one ever waited on me - I only saw customers - not one hotel employee.

Absolutely the worst 30 minutes....

Liked: I liked the location of the hotel but that is about it !
Disliked: I had an issue within 20 minutes of me checking in to the hotel. I got to my room and started to get settled but my neighbors came back and it seem to be a family with small children. They were very rowdy which I understand because I have small children as well so I wasn’t going to address it but they began to mess with the adjoining door lock, pulling, hitting and twisting it as if they were trying to open it and this is when I went to the front office to see if I could be moved because I have severe anxiety and PTSD from the military and I knew I wasn’t going to be able to stay there. The clerk told me there is nothing they can do because they were booked and they would tell them to quiet down. I simply just wanted my money back it was only 1 night and I was only there for 30 minutes. So I then went to my care to call customer service and after an hour I got nowhere. I went back inside to speak with the manager and he said he didn’t hear anything so they told me it was nothing they could do. I proceeded to check out they still charged me $180 plus $35 for parking. Now I have to deal with this through my bank.

Disliked: Parking is bad and you have to pay for it you had to wait for hot water, the shower knob is awful. When you get out of the shower the whole floor is wet. There’s a hole in the wall. The remote control didn’t work
