If you are planning to see a show at the Worcester Palladium, I highly recommend this hotel. Staff are very pleasant and there is a great Mexican restaurant across the street. The walk from the hotel is only a 4 minute walk, which is very convenient. Very happy with the accommodation.

Liked: The room was very clean and great color scheme. Staff were very personable and made some great recommendations as to where to eat and places to to go sight seeing.
Disliked: Would rather have had an earlier check in than the 4pm.

Great service and clean, spacious rooms. A complimentary breakfast or free parking would have been a bonus but I suppose I should be grateful for free wifi. The shuttle bus was certainly a nice perk, as were the free M&M cookies and coffee in the lobby.
