Increased security for the concert weekend was unnecessary - they were rude and tried to act hard towards hotel customers for no reason.

Disliked: they did not have my reservation which i made with booking .com i use them all the time no problem===i had to rebook for 2 night my name david l smith===i asked when i check out if they had room for smith david they said yes how made that mistake booking or hotel not happy also shower did.t work and sink with problem

Liked: The location to see family was good. Location to restaurants and entertainment was good.
Disliked: I booked my stay via Priceline for a set amount but the hotel claimed they didn’t have my reservation even though it was confirmed. The hotel tried to charge me more than I booked for. Very unprofessional customer service.
