Disliked: They were gone when I decided to grab one and came back.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and over accommodating to our needs. Excellent customer service.
Disliked: My room was disgusting and falling apart, the water doesnt get very hot, the room is only cleaned upon request. We requested but room not attended to for almost a week. Also, $18 for parking is ridiculous when free across the street. Breakfast not good.

Liked: The location is 20minutes from Disneyland.Two sofa beds and a sofa bed in one room. Free Breakfast was okay, food was cold.
Disliked: I paid a lot to stay at this hotel for two rooms and four days. It was not worth the price. I was charge for parking $18 a day and there was no parking for larger vehicles. Cannot park in other areas or the vehicle will be towed. There was no water pressure to take a bath, the outlets to plug my phone in didnt work, front desk never answer the phone, the gym was suppose to be open 24hrs but it was closed at midnight. TV remote didnt work along with no buttons on the TV to control it. Heater and AC didnt work. When I complained to the front desk about my concerns I was offered two bottles of free water.
